Sales Account Manager

As a Sales account manager, you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.

• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.

• Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs.

• Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.

• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

• Develop positive relationships with clients.


Must Have

• BSc degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.

• 5-7 Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive in an IT company.

• Understanding of sales performance metrics.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Able to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Highly motivated and self-driven.

• Ability to work under pressure and have time management skills.
