Cybersecurity Lead

Should have rigid experience and understanding of the cybersecurity solutions and technologies with their features, capabilities, and architecture to design, implement, integrate, and troubleshoot them for our customers, with excellent capabilities to manage and mentor the implementation team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation team to assure a successful cybersecurity projects implementation and closure.

• Manage the service delivery to the customers during and after the implementation to guarantee the best customer experience.

• Coach the professional services team and develop a training program to raise their competency level.

• Mentor the team during the implementation and to be involved in the implementation as required to assure the implementation of best practices and robust setup.

• Design and architect the cybersecurity solutions based on robust understanding of the technology and its features and configuration.

• Resolve issues been raised or observed during the implementation to be tackled at early stage and avoid any delay or issues may impact the project delivery.

Must Have

• Have proven implementation experience with multiple of the following technologies:

NGFW, SIEM, IAM, PAM, SOAR, Endpoint Security, Database Security, WAF, DLP, SD-WAN, Email Security, Web Proxy, DNS Security

• Have proven experience in implementing the technologies of the well-known cybersecurity vendors such as:

Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5, IBM Security, Forcepoint, LogRhythm, Symantec, Kaspersky

• Troubleshoot design, and implementation issues for the customers and apply the required remediations.

• Perform health check and configuration review for the cybersecurity technologies at the customers and implement the corrective actions and configuration best practice.

• Perform solutions sizing and architecture.

• Excellent Leadership and mentorship Skills.

• Highly motivated and self-driven.

• Ability to work under pressure and have time management skills.
